Sandy Meltzer is President of Sandra K. Meltzer & Associates, Inc., and has 30 years of extensive experience in insurance compliance. For over 20 years, Sandy was a key part of the insurance compliance practice of Tillinghast - Towers Perrin, a leading actuarial firm. Sandy further specializes in insurance contracts and regulation regarding group and individual insurance; fixed and variable annuities and life policies; life and accident and health products including disability income and long-term care; excess interest and universal life products. Sandy has attained the FLMI, CPCU and CLU designations and is an active member of the Life and Health Compliance Association (LHCA), and the Association of Insurance Compliance Professionals (AICP).
Pam Kelly is a Vice President of Sandra K. Meltzer & Associates, Inc. She has over 20 years of experience in life and health insurance compliance, and specializes in product filings and state negotiations. She is experienced in filing traditional and non-traditional, individual and group life, health and annuity products, including universal life, variable life, voluntary health products, long-term care, critical illness, and credit life and disability insurance. Pam has attained the FLMI and AIRC designations. She is an active member of the Life and Health Compliance Association (LHCA), and the Association of Insurance Compliance Professionals (AICP).
Dee Sinkoe is a Compliance Analyst with Sandra K. Meltzer & Associates. She has over 11 years of experience in insurance compliance, specializing in product filings and troubleshooting for the company. She is experienced in filing traditional and non-traditional, individual and group life, health and annuity products. Dee has a B.S. degree from Georgia State University and has received the Associate, Insurance Regulatory Compliance (AIRC) designation offered by LOMA
Alvah Shelton is a Compliance Analyst with Sandra K. Meltzer & Associates. He has over 9 years of experience in insurance compliance specializing in product filings and state communications. Coming from the financial services banking arena, he entered into insurance compliance in the late 90’s with AIG Life Insurance Company, filing a variety of individual and group filings, including life, accident and sickness, credit and advertising. In mid-2002, he relocated to Georgia, and in 2005 he joined the SKM&A family. Currently, “Al”is enrolled in LOMA courses, working to attain his FLMI designation.
Lisa Chavis is the Administrative Manager of SKM&A, and has been helping the company with a wide range of support services for over 10 years. From project support to information management, research support, A/R and A/P functions, Lisa is a "Jill Of All Trades" who helps keep things moving along smoothly. She is a graduate of the Middle Georgia College.
